Shonda was recommended to me by a co-worker, who said that she would help make my 1st home-buyer experience simple and straightforward. I reached out to her in December. I had the keys to my house in February! Working with Shonda was exactly as my co-worker described, simple and straightforward! She was professional, personable, and competent. Shonda took care of all research and planning for me and I just showed up at the properties. She was able to point out things I liked and disliked (based off on questions in our initial meeting) as soon as we arrived at each house, so our visits took about 15 minutes each. The process felt more efficient than I expected as we wasted little time. I recommend Shonda to family, to friends, and to anyone who wants their home buying experience to feel the way it should feel!

I was really hesitant to sell and buy a house during a worldwide pandemic, working from home with kids virtually learning and while pregnant. I was certain the process would be too much. Thankfully we chose Shonda and it was smoother than I could’ve hoped for. Shonda is personable getting very professional. Her local knowledge really made a world of difference. We were considering selling to a company for an easier process despite less process but Shonda made the process easier than any other company promising to buy at the top dollar and even helping us to get more than our asking price! I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Shonda Draughn. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place or what steps I had to take. I was friends with Shonda before working with her as my Realtor® so this also made the process easy. She is very honest and hands-on. I never felt forced to make a decision and we looked at a lot of houses before I found the "one". I made an offer that same day without even knowing if I was approved. I reached out to Shonda because she came highly recommended by a friend who she previously helped purchase a home. I expected it to be a while before she responded but to my surprise, she got back to me within the hour. She asked about my needs and wants for my new purchase and sent me a few options to look over.
